Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging cameras use the infrared light spectrum to build a picture of the house based on surface temperatures. Experienced thermographers look for clues in these thermal images that could lead us to find concealed water leaks or missing air or thermal barriers. This can provide valuable information that cannot be gained in other ways
Walk-Through Consultation
I will walk through your prospective new home and note the ages, conditions, and any significant concerns of the major systems in the home. This is a good option if you do not anticipate being able to have a full home inspection.
Swimming Pools and Spas
Non-invasive inspection of swimming pool and spa mechanical equipment, visual water condition, linings, surrounding grounds, safety, etc.
Well Flow Test
A measurement test for a crude estimate of the water flow yield from a private well water system. This test allows a rough determination of whether the water capacity may be adequate for your needs.
Water Quality Analysis
Do you need to know what’s in your water? This is especially important if your home will have well water, however we will test any drinking water source you’d like. Typically, we test for E. Coli, Coliform, Lead, Flouride, and/or Nitrate, though other parameters are available.
